Tinfoil by default will reject anything that doesnt have a proper signature, so if you get an unsigned notice dont install it. Currently shops should only have a few unsigned titles, and all have a good reason (homebrew games obviously cant be signed, youtube is modified to bypass the online check) but if youre worried, dont install those. 2.
