It isn’t responding to the hard reset, it isn’t even responding to the power button. I’ve unplugged the unit from the base and wall, it’s been 3 days. I connected it back today & it’s still stuck on solid yellow. I have taken apart the machine, i have cleaned everything, i even opened the part where the cog is.
