I changed the flamer attachment to automatic barrel and the automatic rifle perks increased it's damage. I didn't see any attachment for an automatic flamer mod.

I repair it to 150% because I don't have an endless stash box like others. However the condition bar on my particular enclave flamer is incredibly small.
