Even though I love my Icarus Precision grip module, I did end up putting a Hogue rubber grip sleeve on it. They make a P365 and a P365xl specific ones. It helped give the little big extra palm swell that I needed to fill my hand and made me fall in love with my P365xl all over again. It's only $12-$13 on Amazon or any other gun website.That answers that question. The Icarus precision XL+ grip is longer than the Icarus precision X macro grip. It's also called an XXL grip. As far as holsters go, I love the holsters from a small company called northcoast tactical. Their TUC holster is great, and they make them for all Icarus grips.
