Splitty customer service said they needed to take it to the "Team" but never tried to change the room to a Double after numerous attempts in calling Splitty customer service and being put on hold. They tried to blame Super 8 - it was Splitty who indicated to Super 8 that I should have a SINGLE room. TERRIBLE customer service! Customer Service is a scam. I canceled my motel reservation but was still charged on my credit card. After phone Customer service requesting refund plus sending them proof of an email cancelation from the motel, I was offer a refund of only $68.00 for a total charge of $466.00. I refused their scammed offer.Don't ever use GoSplitty. Don't ever use GoSplitty. A complete rip off. I booked a hotel in St. Pete Beach. They actually evacuated the hotel because of the recent hurricane. GoSplitty still has not refunded my payment. They kept the entire $200. Haven't responded to any emails or answered any phone calls.
