I have a 43x. I tried the Overwatch tactical trigger bar/connector/safety plunger and wasn’t happy with it all. I believe the trigger bar was the culprit but I returned it all. Not stovepipes - the case is oriented as it is in the chamber but it stuck halfway out the ejection port. I’m using shield Gen 2 mags with the right mag release.

Put it all back in my G19 slide and doesn't work again. Just received a new upper parts kit today and used the plunger from that kit and it works. So, for whatever reason that particular plunger doesn't work in the 19 slide. Inspected the plunger and it looks fine. Btw.
