It is a splice pack located at the left kick panel. You may have to disassemble the splice pack and clean corrosion from the connectors. All you need do to know absolutely for certain is make a separate ground connection for the blower, bypassing the Splice-Pack. You don't need to worry about separating or isolating the existing ground connection (through the harness to the Splice-Pack). HI.
