Empty Hotbar Bug. Hey All! I am having a problem where my entire hotbar is empty when I wake up in the nautaloid. I am unable to click and drag spells/items into the hot bar. I played with mods in Patch 3, but disabled them, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the game on a completely different SSD, so I don't think it's the mods.
