I´m definetely playing more Defect and looking for climbing ascensions, he is super fun. Yes, depending on your relics and power cards, sometimes defect becomes overpowered as hell. On one run I ended up quickly growing to invincible levels of block every turn on every encounter.Defragment, consume inserter, and biased+artifact, or even saving focus potions for act 2 and 3 bosses is very important. Since uncommon cards are so powerful, make sure you go into shops with 100g and don't spend everything on relics. Go to a lot of shops.
