Have to drop the mag, clear the round, close the slide, insert the mag, and rerack to chamber correctly. I also installed a stronger magazine catch spring, sourced from Numrich. Found the same issue today. Got our Micro 380 and P238 at the same time. I ordered two extended mags and a three pack of springs from the Kimber store.
