After the bleeding, I can go from 5 to 20 miles w/o a problem. The first sign of trouble is a hard shimmy in the front end and then it locks up.

I went to go out and play in the mud a bit this weekend, and fell thru some ice into a swamp, just over the bottom of the running boards, the quad continued running and never died.The bearings are usually about the last thing to fail on a Prairie 400. If the radiator is full of coolant, the problem is most likely the thermostat. The fan switch is in the radiator, so it does not get hot enough to kick on when the thermostat is stuck shut.
