It's that the folding mechanism itself will not fold for some reason if installed in the AK that OP has. No word on if the stock LCT will work okay with a 4.5mm folding trunnion like an AK-105 might have. Atleast it sounds like the LCT will work as a fixed stock if "forced to work".
