The big thing will be figuring out what to do with Pathology and MSK. if i can figure those out, I'll take comsae 110, hopefully get a high score and be able to go into COMLEX with confidence. I know the stat about 95% chance passing w 400 but also my deficiencies are more content based and I know COMLEX is harder than COMSAE so yeah.The 407 on comsae 107 crushed my entire soul. Alot of people say comsaes are the best but in my experience there is no correlation. Comsae's were no where close to my actual for both level 1 and level 2 (overprojected me for level 1 and underprojected me for level 2). Also at least 20% of my class failed the comsae the school provides us to take, only to comfortably pass in the 500's.From what I’ve seen the people who take 106 before 107 usually end up improving by 30-100 points on 107, and seems like people who pass those pass comlex but of course people say the comsaes aren’t very predictive so idk.
