Jul 5, 2021 · 1. I can't perform a soft reset as the side button is not responding. I've held it in multiple times for 10-20 secs with no change. I can't perform a hard reset because the screen is frozen. I have also tried pushing a different clock face from the app to the watch but it didn't work either. The watch still syncs to my iPhone and updates the app.
