Only macro scheme. It's literally the same as with shatterdive. First heavy attack off the the edge with eager edge, then quickly jump and shatterdive/well, making sure to leave a tiny bit of time between the jump and dive/well. Edit: in case anyone finds this post in the future, here's how I got it to work for me. Change shatterdive to be a single button press, then stand on the edge of a ledge. Swap to your sword, then press heavy attack, shatterdive and jump all at the same time.
