There's something that multiplies fabled +20%, pretty sure its stars and catacombs level, but it could just be berserk's 80% extra damage, or both. Doesn't really matter which, its op either way. My friend calculated it, withered is only better on Daedalus axe. Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed.
