I think I was like 1-2 cm dilated and like 80% effaced starting at 34 almost 35 weeks. The day I went into labor I got at the hospital and was 5 cm dilated and my contractions still weren't that bad so I have no idea how much dilation happened between that 35 weeks and the start of labor at 39 weeks.
